Step 1 – Send us a reservation request.
Step 2 – We will send to you a quote for your chosen dates.
Step 3 – If you accept the booking will send our booking forms and invoice.
Step 4 – Once payment has been received we will confirm booking.
Step 5 – If full payment wasn’t require we will send you payment reminders.
step 6 – One week before you arrive you will receive the entry code and map to your villa.
Step 7 – Two days before you arrival you will receive Pre Stay check to make sure everything ok.
Once you are at the villa is you have any question please contact our management team Sunshine State villa there will be available 24/7 for emergency otherwise office hour are 9am – 6pm.
You are not required to meet with anyone to get the keys to the villa they will be made available without contact.
