Minimum stay is 5 days low season and 7 days high season but this can depend on the villa
Most houses now have a electronic door entry, when the door is manual there is a lock box near the door. You receive the codes about 1 week before your arrive.
The villa come with bedding and towels. Most have fully equipped kitchen. One toilet roll/ bar of soap per bathroom. Some owner will supplier other extra but this is down tot he owner. You can purchase Vacation pack and starter pack to be there for your arrival.
You can add pool heating at anytime. However once you are at the property there is call out fee $15 and the cost is normally around $25-30. This need to be paid before the pool heating is turn on and it will take about 24hr to increase the temperature of the pool. Please beware the temperature is effected by the outside temperature and will only increase is by about 10 degrees.
Check in 4pm and check is 10am,
Early and late check are available along as the booking aren’t back to back. There is an additional cost for this service.
A property Security Deposit is required. £125/$250/week is payable with final balance and will be refund within 1-2 weeks after the management team have completed their departure check.
Most villa come with baby travel cot, stroller and highchair. It is best to double check when booking what is available at the villas and it they have an extra cost
Welcome packs – orange juice, water, milk, 8 multi pack of cereal, bread, butter, jam, sugar, tea and coffee for $50.
Starter pack – trash bags, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, detergent, softener, dishwasher tables, washing liquid and sponges for $50.
We are happy to pop to shop and pick up some other item, please confirm at booking so we can get a price for you.
The management team Sunshine state villa is available 24/7hrs to help. Pleases only call outside of hours in an emergency such as flooding, A/C problems, Breaking in or similar issues.

Animals of any kind are not allowed at the villas
The villas do not permit smoking inside for any reason some may allow it in the outside area.

There are a few option for payment. UK can pay via bank transfer, if more than 14 weeks we will also accept a check from the UK. USA booking can by transferred in to our SunTrust account, payment via card to Sunshine state villa ( our management team or via check is over 14 week to booking arrival date)
All the villa have free WIFI available. The log detail with be provided in your arrival pack or in the pack at the villas.
Before you arrive you will receive an information pack with simple directions to your property as well as entry code and useful tips about the villas
A Hot Tub tends to be above ground and a Spa is built into the ground normally next to the pool. The Spa will be heated using the pool heating system so it will not get as hot as a separate Hot Tub. Both will have jets to massage.
The Spa and Pool are scheduled to be turned on, on the morning of your arrival date. Please note they may take 24hours to heat up.
The heater normally set to 86 degrees. Pool filtering times are typically 9am – 5pm; while the pool is filtering the pool heater is on. The pool heater is not on throughout the night, so you will feel the pool is a little cooler in the mornings. The use of the pool blanket will help retain heat. We advise you keep the pool blanket on the pool whenever the pool is not in use.
