Epcot is the Disney park that is inspired by an unrealized concept developed by Walt Disney. The park opened on October 1, 1982. The park is a combination of the future of the past and the world cultures.
Future land show you what in 1982 the designer thought the world would be in future. Some concepts have come true other may still be a little way before coming reality . In 2019 Epcot decide to give Future World a bit of make over. Future land in now World Discovery, World Celebration and World Nature,
The world showcase area has stayed the same, it is a moment in time in selected countries around the world. One minute you are in Paris looking the Eiffel Tower, the next you are in China watching a tradition marital art display. If you have always wanted to travel the world this is a great way to give you the full experience in one day.
I am not sure there is another park with more place to eat than in Epcot you can spend the whole day going from one country to another trying the specialist of the cultures. From pizza to pastry to Sushi to ice cream the whole world is your oyster!
There are loads of great rides which most people don’t realise as Epcot is seen more as a visual park. You can visit the land of Elsa and Anna or travel over the dessert and snowy mountain where can list all be done in one place. You can now be transformed into a rat and help Ratatouille on his journey to cook for his friends.
