Seaworld offers a different day to the normal parks, there are rides and shows but the main theme of this park is the animals. The park gives you the chance to get up and close to many animals people might not normally get the chance to encounter.
SeaWorld Orlando opened on December 15, 1973, showing animal displays and teaching people about how to look after our planet’s animals. It wasn’t till 1997 they introduced the nation’s first combination roller coaster and flume ride with Journey to Atlantis. Seaworld decided to open 2 smaller parks in addition to its eponymous marine park. Discovery Cove opened in 2000, offering up-close animal encounters and in 2008 they opened the water park Aquatica.
Seaworld currently has the tallest roller coast in the USA called MAKO.
