Legacy Park Community is made up of different parks Highgate Park, The Estates, and The Retreat. They employ a Private Security company not only to help give you peace of mind during your stay but also to act as a concierge to help assist guests if they have a problem. Legacy Park is located in Davenport on Highway 27 near the 192 junction, and is situated just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. South on US27 is the local Publix supermarket and Berry Town Centre Shopping Complex, with eateries including Applebees, Quiznos, an Indian take-away, and a wine & bistro parlour. This community doesn’t have a clubhouse but all villas have private pools and their own games room but it does have tennis courts and a community children’s playground
