Universal Florida is made up of three parks, Universal Studio, Island of Adventure, and Volcano bay. It is in these parks where the movies come to life.
Universal Studio was opened on 7th Jun 1990, it is based on the hit movies from Universal Studio. You can visit London Kings Crossed Station which can take you to the wizarding world of Harry Potter or you can pop over to Springfield on your way to New York and San Francesco. The rides are mainly 3d imagery rides with a few high thrill rides. You need to pop to the Island of Adventure for the bigger rides.
Island of Adventure opened on 28th May 1999. This park immerses you in the world of marvel and other cartoon-related movies. You can become a superhero or face up to your fear of Dinosaurs on the Jurassic Park ride. When the weather gets a bit hot you could venture over to Volcano bay. Where you can relax, swim and ride the waves or water slides. This park opened on 25th May 2017 and combines the vibrant blend of Polynesian cultures and architecture from across the South Pacific. You can spend your day shooting down the water slides, gently bobbing about in the lazy river, or eating and relaxing at one of the many eateries. Every so often you will hear the drums from the volcano summering you to join everyone in the main pool to experience the waves from the volcano!
